Celebrate with us! Join us this half term to commemorate our 50^th Anniversary year and the Queen’s Jubilee.

Using specialist solar telescopes you will be able to see any visible sunspots, as well as prominences and flares. North Essex Astronomical Society experts will be happy to answer questions on astronomy and telescopes in general.

Solar Gazing is included with your admission ticket.

Never look at the sun without correct specialist equipment. Permanent eye damage will result.

Even if the weather is cloudy NEAS will still be on site to answer questions, ever hopeful of a break in the clouds, but viewing may be limited
