The promoter is: Markshall (registered charity: 256700) whose registered office is at Markshall, Marks Hall Road, Coggeshall, Essex, CO6 1TG
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Markshall. As well as their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisations.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Closing date for entry will be 5pm on Friday 28th June, 5pm. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Create your nature frame as part of Percy’s Adventures Bonkers about Bugs and take it into the Arboretum. Take a photo of any minibeasts you spot through the nature frame or perhaps a particular flower or landscape and share them to the Markshall competition post.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in an extreme event. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize is as follows: The winners family photo will be on the April edition of the Essex Primary Times. The prizes are not transferrable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
A winner will be chosen on Monday 1st July, 10am.
The winter will be notified by DM on Facebook within 48 hours of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The winner will be required to give Markshall permission to use their photos in any promotional activities.
