Exclusive dog walking field
New to November 2023 is Markshall’s exclusive dog walking field for private hire!
Over recent years we have seen an increase in four-legged friends enjoying the Arboretum and Woodlands. So, when the opportunity came for us to open an enclosed dog walking field, we would’ve been barking mad not to have taken it.
The 2,000 sqm field is situated on Bench Meadow, behind the admission building, with mind-beagle-ing views of the Arboretum and ancient woodland trees. With 4ft fencing and gates, this is the paw-fect field for any dog training needs.
Here’s what’s included..
- Exclusive use of the field for 50 minutes
- A shelter with seating – seating made from wood from the estate
- Patches of wildflowers and long grass in the spring/ summer – paw-fect for training
- Free parking
- A short walk to the Orchard Kitchen where takeaway teas, coffees and tasty treats are available to paw-chase and toilet facilities
- Poo bin located at the field
