Located next to Markshall Orchard and historic Iron Bridge, The Honywood Tearoom is the perfect place for a catch-up with friends over an afternoon tea, a rest or to pick up a grab-and-go sandwich ready for your Markshall adventure or to stop at Percy’s Play and Picnic Paddock, a stone’s throw away from the The Honywood Tearoom.
The Honywood Tearoom serves a delicious selection of freshly baked cakes, homemade meals and light refreshments, ingredients are locally sourced where possible. We even have a vegetable patch here onsite! We cater for a wide range of dietary requirements.
The Honywood Tearoom sits outside of the Arboretum where there are no admission charges and no charge for the car park; making it the perfect place to pop in for a lunch or a quick catch-up with a friend.
Please note that we do not allow dogs, other than guidance dogs, into the The Honywood Tearoom.
Breakfast is served from 10am – 11.45am
Lunch from 12pm to 2.30pm

Where do we source our ingredients?
We like to try and source our ingredients from local businesses where possible. We also have an amazing vegetable patch in our Nursery, which our amazing Horticulturalists look after. Many of the produce from site, is used in specials and other menu items. Here’s just some of the local businesses we work with…
Percy’s Pantry
We also look after Percy’s Pantry which is currently located at the Visitor Centre and is open Tuesday – Thursday each week.
Here you can pick up hot and cold refreshments, pre-packaged sandwiches, handmade soup and tasty treats!
