The Coach House
Our 18th century Coach House is set near our beautiful formal lakes. With a private terrace and flower garden, this venue is perfect for both intimate celebrations and larger revelries.
The Coach House Day Hire
The Coach House Day Hire is ideal for intimate functions, corporate events, children’s parties, baby showers, school proms and more. Day hire is £450 including vat. Here’s what is included:
- Available Monday-Thursday (please call the team if you would like day hire Friday, Saturday or Sunday)
- Access between 10am and 6pm
- Exclusive use of the Coach House, terrace and flower garden.
- Fully-stocked bar and staff.
Capacity: The Coach House seats 150 guests and 200 guests standing.
The Coach House Evening Hire
With twinkling fairy lights and beautiful surroundings, the evening hire of the Coach House is perfect for birthday and anniversary celebrations. Evening hire for the Coach House is £1,000 including vat. Here’s what is included:
- Access from 5pm
- Guest arrival from 7pm
- Party 7pm-12pm
- Bar open from 7pm-11.30pm
- Staff for the duration of the event
Capacity: The Coach House seats 150 guests and 200 guests standing.
The Honywood Barn
The 15th century Honywood Barn is located near the historic Iron Bridge and Robin’s Brook. This venue has ample parking and is ideal for smaller corporate events and intimate celebrations.
The Honywood Barn Day Hire
Due to its location and excellent facilities, the Honywood Barn is perfect for corporate events and special celebrations. Buffet options are available for this venue at an additional charge. This package is £300 including vat. Here’s what is included:
- Available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (excluding Essex half terms)
- Access between 8am and 4pm
- Exclusive use of the Honywood Barn
